VBS Conference, Nashville, TN—Jan. 31st & Feb. 1st

I will be out of town from Wed., Jan. 30, to Sat., Feb. 2,attending the 2008 LifeWay VBS Conference. This year’s VBS is a tropical theme called “Outrigger Island, Living God’s Unshakeable Truth (Psalm 86:11).” Be sure and visit Lifeway’s website at:

Parade of Nations:

Sat. April 5, 2008, 9:00 a.m.—Noon. First Baptist Church, Benton.

Parade of Nations is like a Mission Fair involving any Children’s Group from our association. Each group or church must call the association and select their country to study. They also can make a Display Board, Prayer Reminders, Food and Dress up in native costume that will be judged for prizes and fun.
